Ingredients :

500g large shrimp, peeled & deveined, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic, minced, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper, 1⁄2 tsp paprika, 1⁄2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 500g steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank), sliced into strips, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1⁄2 tsp garlic powder, 1⁄2 tsp smoked paprika, 1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp black pepper

Directions :

1.⁠ ⁠Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, mix steak with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 

2.⁠ ⁠Cook the Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Add butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir and cook for another 30 seconds. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and set aside. 

3.⁠ ⁠Sear the Steak: Heat a skillet over high heat. Add the marinated steak and sear for 3-4 minutes per side. Add butter at the end for extra juiciness. 

4.⁠ ⁠Assemble & Serve: Plate the shrimp and steak over a bed of rice, mashed potatoes, or roasted veggies. Enjoy your ultimate surf & turf meal! Prep
