Ingredients:
1 ribeye or NY strip steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare the Garlic Butter Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy. Toss with melted butter before serving.
2. Cook the Pepper Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Add butter and baste the steak. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
3. Sauté the Peppers & Onions: In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until caramelized. Drizzle Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
4. Prepare the Cheesy Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until tender. Toss with butter, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let melt.
5. Assemble & Serve: Plate the steak and top with sautéed peppers and onions. Serve with crispy garlic butter potatoes and cheesy broccoli.
