Directions:
In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes, until fully cooked and slightly golden.
In a separate bowl, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Warm the pita breads in the oven or on a skillet.
To assemble the gyros, spread a generous amount of tzatziki sauce on each pita. Add chicken strips, red onion, tomato, and crumbled feta cheese.
