Ingredients:
1½ lbs sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup yellow onion (diced)
1 lb petite red potatoes (quartered)
4 pieces corn on the cob (cut in half)
½ cup butter (melted)
3 tsp garlic (minced)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp mustard powder
½ tsp dried Rosemary
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
Add the potatoes to one side of the slow cooker or a 6-quart slow cooker.
Add corn to the other side of the slow cooker.
Mix the steak and onions together and place them in the center of the slow cooker.
Add butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, paprika, salt, onion powder, coriander, mustard powder, rosemary, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk until well combined and pour over steak, potatoes, and corn.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Serve while hot, and enjoy!
