Ingredients:
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin)
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Season Steak: Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Cook Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and rest.
Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onions and mushrooms; cook until soft. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
Serve: Top steaks with onions and mushrooms. Serve hot.
