Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, toss the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
4. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the seasoned salmon fillets. Cook for about 5 minutes on one side, then carefully flip the fillets over.
5. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook everything together for an additional 5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
7. Serve the Cajun salmon and shrimp with lemon wedges for a burst of flavor.
