Ingredients:
200g flat iron steak, thinly sliced
2 packs of instant ramen noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting the seasoning packet. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the steak slices and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned but still pink in the middle, about 2 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Return the steak to the skillet and add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and ginger. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until everything is heated through and well combined.
5. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds
