Ingredients:
2 lbs pork ribs
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.
3. Place ribs on a baking sheet, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and bake for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and falls off the bone.
4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove ribs from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C).
6. Brush the BBQ sauce mixture generously over the ribs and return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
7. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
