Ingredients:
4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and basil.
2. Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of each pork chop.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and are golden brown on the outside.
