Ingredients:
2 pounds chicken wings
2 stalks lemongrass, finely minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Sliced red chili, for garnish
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, chili flakes, and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly to create the marinade.
2. Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove chicken wings from marinade and grill, turning occasionally, until cooked through and nicely charred, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced red chili before serving.
