Ingredients:
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 steaks (ribeye or sirloin), about 1-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Prep the Ingredients:
Season the shrimp and steaks with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cook the Steak and Shrimp:
Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.
Remove both from the grill and let the steaks rest.
Make the Mac & Cheese:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux and cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually add milk, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and parmesan until smooth.
Mix in the cooked macaroni.
Steam the Broccoli:
Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Toss with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
