Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
3. Preheat your grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
