Ingredients:
2 pounds pork rib tips
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Place the pork rib tips in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the rib tips, making sure they are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight for best flavor.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large oven-safe skillet or roasting pan over medium-high heat. Remove the rib tips from the marinade, reserving any excess marinade for later use. Sear the rib tips in the hot oil until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour the reserved marinade over the rib tips in the skillet or roasting pan. Season with salt to taste.
Cover the skillet or roasting pan with foil and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the rib tips are tender and cooked through, basting with the marinade occasionally.
Once cooked, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to broil. Broil the rib tips for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until they are caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.
Remove from the oven and let the rib tips rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
