Ingredients:
4 large turkey wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust according to taste)
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rinse turkey wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
4. Rub each wing with olive oil, then coat generously with the spice mixture.
5. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
