INGREDIENTS:
3-4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1 medium onion, diced
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 packet ranch dressing mix
8-10 pepperoncini peppers
¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
½ cup butter, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spray a large Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray or use a Dutch oven liner.
Add the onions first, then the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle both packets over chicken.
Add the pepperoni, top with random slices of butter, and pour the juices over the chicken.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours, or on low for 6-7 hours.
