BBQ Cola Pork Ribs

 Ingredients:

375ml Coke Drink

250ml BBQ Sauce

2kg Pork Ribs

Directions:

Season the Ribs with Salt and Pepper. Put in SC, pour coke over. (coke didnt cover, i swapped the ribs over half way through)

Cook for 8-10 hours on LOW.

When done, lay out on foil on an oven tray, pour over BBQ Sauce, put under the grill until the sauce is caramelized ?

(I cooked for 4 Hrs on HIGH – leaving them just falling off the bone but not so much that they were too difficult to get out
