Sponge cake ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 ½ (350 gr) cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) of baking soda
- ½ (2.5gr) teaspoon of salt
- 170g of chocolate (Cocoa powder)
- ¾ cup (150 ml) vegetable oil.
- 1 ½ cups (300gr) granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ (350ml) of milk
Cover ingredients:
- 250 g condensed milk
- 125 gr half cream
- 25 g butter
- 25 gr dark or white chocolate to taste
Sponge cake preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare your 25 cm mold previously greased and floured or 2 molds of 15 cm.
- In a container combine the flour, baking soda, cocoa and salt, previously sifted
- Beat the eggs at maximum speed for 1 minute until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add sugar, oil in the form of son, milk and vanilla.
- Add the flour mixture little by little and beat at low speed for 1 minute.
- Bake for 40 to 50 min (do not open the oven during this time, so your cake will not sink) after this time open and insert a toothpick until it comes out clean, your cake will be ready.
Cover preparation:
- In a skillet over medium heat melt everything until thick.
