Rolled in chocolate




Ingredients:


4 eggs

1 bar of chocolate for desserts

100 grams. of sugar

100 grams. of flour

1/4 litre. to the whipped cream

butter

pink colouring or strawberry essence.



Mode of preparation:


1- We do quality first.

2- We preheat the oven. We butter the baking sheet or icing we are going to use. We add flour.

3- Beat the eggs in a separate container. Add and strip sugar.

4- We will see the sifted flour and it will heat up nicely. We add strawberry essence.

5- See this mixture on the tray and bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.

6- We now prepare the filling. We melted while looking for chocolate. When it melts, pour half over the whipped cream. Remove the cake from the oven and spread it out on a flat surface.

7- We put the chocolate cream on top. We carefully rolled up the gypsy's arms.

8- We cover the cake with the remaining chocolate.
