INGREDIENTS:

400 g of pastry chocolate2 tablets
120 g of butter
4 eggs
100 g of sugar
100 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
2 Separate the egg whites from the yolks. In a bowl, combine egg yolks, sugar and flour. Add melted chocolate.
Beat 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Incorporate them into preparations.
4. Finally
Dark Chocolate Cake: Step 4 Butter and flour a cake pan. Pour into prep and bake for about 40 minutes. Check cooking with a knife, the tip should be dry. Remove from oven and place on a plate.
