Ingredients:
250g semi-sweet chocolate
¼ cup hot milk
20 strawberries
1 spoon of sugar
300g white chocolate
1 box of sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup grated lemon
Preparation:
Melt semisweet chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Add the hot milk and mix well. Reserve.
Wash and change the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and reserve. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and add the cream, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Distribute half of the melted semisweet chocolate among 4 vases. On top of the chocolate, place the chopped strawberries and the melted white chocolate on top. Cover with the rest of the semisweet chocolate. Decorate to taste and serve cold.
